FiDonce Player Development helps student-athletes obtain the opportunity to attend college via a scholarship, furthering their basketball development while focusing on post athletic endeavors in corporate America.

FiDonce’s emphasis is to offer each student athlete a unique offensive and defensive developmental basketball foundation.
FiDonce was created to help student athletes establish work ethics through dribbling, passing, shooting, and defending on the
basketball court.

The staff at FiDonce consists of former players with a vast array of basketball knowledge. They have played the game on various levels and achieved basketball milestones professionally and personally.

Players of FiDonce are also afforded access to Division I. II and III college coaches, who all frequently visit the workouts. Through the experience and expertise of FiDonce instructors, college coaches have gained an unparalleled confidence in the FiDonce system and the players that are generated from it.

OUR BUSINESS
FiDonce emphasizes to each student-athlete a unique offensive and defensive developmental basketball foundation. Our program was created to help student-athletes establish work ethics through dribbling, passing, shooting and defending on the basketball court.

FiDonce builds on each student athlete’s footwork, speed, agility, balance and strength. Our player development also focuses on personal improvements. We provide this by implementing extensive drills for both individual and team concepts; in addition to instilling basketball I.Q. and establishing the most important aspect of any player’s game- the mental toughness and court savvy. All of our players receive instruction on offensive and defensive awareness and are taught leadership qualities for both on and off-court experiences. FiDonce establishes a profile on each student athlete to grade the following:
